Hey there, I am ALINE
your Business English Communication Specialist

My mission is to guide you, a busy professional in a global workplace, to write clear, impactful, and culturally appropriate business emails. Emails are not just words on a screen. They’re powerful communication tools. And when you’re writing across cultures, tone and style can be misunderstood. That’s why cultural awareness is not optional — it’s essential. Just imagine the business opportunities you can attract, the strong relationships you can build — all thanks to one well-written email. This is exactly what I want to help you achieve:
Master email communication to succeed in an international workplace.

Who am I?
My Journey with Languages
I speak three languages fluently: English, French, and Arabic. My passion for English has opened many doors — to study abroad, to travel, and to work.
I’ve always believed English is a global communication tool, not just a school subject. I became fluent not by obsessing over grammar or trying to sound like a native speaker, but by focusing on the communication skills I needed to succeed in a global context.
My main goal was to connect with people from different cultures and learn from their perspectives. That’s what helped me develop cross-cultural communication skills over the years.
My Professional Experience and Expertise
My passion for English led me to explore how the language really works.
I pursued an MA in English Linguistics to understand its structure, rules and nuances.
I was also fascinated by the art of translation, so I pursued an MA in Arabic-English Translation. Working as a translator trained me to focus on meaning — not just words — and to adapt messages across languages and cultures.
My first experience as an English teacher in Qatar showed me how much I enjoyed teaching. It also taught me the power of clear, simple explanations.
Later, I pursued a CELTA degree and taught English in the UK. This gave me practical teaching experience in an international setting. What I enjoyed the most was teaching business English to global learners and helping them overcome their struggles.
Teaching and translating taught me one thing: Confidence in communication can open doors and help people grow professionally.

What Inspired BE Pro
Writing emails in English at work can feel stressful. You worry about tone. You wonder if you’re being too direct or too vague. You want to sound professional but also friendly. I’ve been there too.
When I moved to France, I had to write professional emails in French. It was difficult. I realized it’s not just about grammar. It’s also about tone, clarity, and building trust.
That experience helped me create simple strategies to write clear and professional emails. Later, I worked as a bilingual Executive Assistant. I saw how French colleagues struggled to write emails in English to clients, partners, and suppliers. They faced the same challenges I once had.
This is what led me to create Be Pro. I combine my teaching background, cross-cultural communication skills, and my real-life work experience to help professionals write better emails in English.
