✅ Introduce yourself and your company.
↳ Provide context: who you are and what this is about.
✅ Explain why you are reaching out.
↳ Why them? Make it personal and relevant.
✅ Provide key details : Date, time, audience, format…
↳ Be clear and precise to avoid confusion.
